Love Hina .. Introduction

Love Hina is a comedy series of 25 episode series based on the long-running manga by Ken Akamatsu. Following the series came two specials, and a short three-episode OAV.

This anime follows the trials and tribulations of Keitaro Urashima, a third-year Tokyo University ronin-sei (ie. he keeps failing the entrance exam). When his grandmother calls him to visit her in her inn, Hinatasou, little does he realise the consequences that will arise... for him to become manager to an all-girl's dormitory! This series has a simple charm through humour, with a LOT of rewatchability, even for non-anime fans (ie. my sister and boyfriend)... it's funny even the second and third times through. Nothing outstanding about the music or revolutionary about the animation, instead they add a subtile compliment to the storyline and likeable characters, which should be plenty to keep you watching until the end. Slight ecchi themes in spots, otherwise highly recommended to both anime and non-anime watchers.
